Help, FAQ

• Where's the result with joined files, how to choose output file? Checkout the directory, where you've started MicroJoiner. exe executable resulting Joined.  exe file will be created in the same folder. If it was existed before, then it will get overwritten. If you want to specify alternative output file press Right Mouse Button on "Create" button.
• What does pack files option mean? When this option is enabled, MicroJoiner compresses joined files using Plib opensource library by Joergen Ibsen (http://www.ibsensoftware.com). Loader stub automaticly unpackes them in memory. 
• What does unique filename option mean (advanced options dialog)? If it's enabled files are created with unique names, eg. ope123.exe, ope332.BMP,etc, otherwise real filenames are used (test.exe, photo.bmp). Unique file names guarantee you that there will be no problems with file creation. For example, user can view photo.bmp file from Temp folder the same time you're trying to write new one, as it's impossible to overwrite opened file, new photo.bmp will remain unviewed.
• How can I run external programs like command.com, ping.exe within resulting file? Create a simple dos batch file (.bat) and join it.
• What does "wait until terminated" option mean(advanced options dialog)? This option gives a posibility to execute file and wait until it's process was terminated. Note: files are executed in reverse order. For example you've added sequently file1.exe, file2.exe, file3.exe in GUI and file3.exe has "wait until terminated" option set, in such case Joined.exe will execute file3.exe, then it waits untill file3.exe was terminated, then it executes at the same time file2.exe and file1.exe.

Melting help

                     Melting allows you to perform some actions with resulting (Joined.exe) file 

after all binded files have been executed.

• You can delete resulting file after execution (self kill).
• You can replace it with selected file (you may select file from advanced options dialog - "select as melting source" option).
• You can delete resulting file and copy selected file into the same dir the resulting file was running from.

What is Binder?

                             Binder is a free software used to bind or combine two or more files in one file under one name and extension. The files to be binded can have any extension or icon. The user has choice to select the name, icon and various attributes of binded file. If binded file contains an application ( RAT or Keylogger), the application is also run when the actual binded file is run.

Why is Binder used?

                                      As I have written in previous articles, generally, RATs and keyloggers are detected by most antiviruses. Also, you can't send victim a RAT or keylogger and ask him to install it on his computer. So, you have to bind that RAT or keylogger with say image, movie or song (any file depending on victim) and then ask him to run this binded file on his computer. You can use Ardamax keylogger.

When the victim runs our binded image (binded with Ardamax keylogger) on his computer, keylogger is installed on his computer and we can easily obtain all his typed keylogs.

How can I get a Binder?

                                       There are many binders out on internet. Just Google "Download binder" and you'll get a list of Binders. There are also many forums, like Hackforums where you can find good and free binders. Here you can Download File Binder - binds JPG, MP3, EXE, and BATCH files.

Disadvantage of Binder:

                                             Binders though are useful in hiding keylogger or trojans are often detected by antiviruses as hacktools and hence deleted as viruses. For preventing this deletion and to bypass AV detection, you need to have FUD Binder. You can obtain FUD Binder either from various Hacking forums (where you are asked for money) or by coding one yourself.

Remember, no publicly available Binder is FUD. Binder is FUD only if it's very rarely used and not available publicly.

Also, it is better to use Crypters to avoid AV detection. It is general practice to first crypt the keylogger or trojan with Crypter and then bind the crypted trojan to make it deceptive. There are also many Crypters available on the net and the forums.
